Janice Norman
Janice Norman’s philosophy is that you have to love the area you serve and giving back is of paramount importance. She brings these qualities to the buyers and sellers that she serves in the real estate market. Janice offers outstanding communication skills to her clients through advising sellers about competitive pricing, staging and marketing to get their home sold. For buyers, her knowledge of the Treasure Coast is invaluable to those relocating and first-time homebuyers. Holding a Senior Real Estate Designation in combination with her past nursing experience, she is the perfect Real Estate Agent to work with retirees and Baby Boomers.
Janice has lived on the Treasure Coast for over 30 years and has been active as a Broker Associate for 16 plus years. Having raised her family here, she has extensive knowledge of the area.
Janice actively gives back to Martin County as evidenced by the positions she has held and awards she has received. She is the 2021 Charlene Hoag Leadership Award recipient, a prestigious award presented by the Business Development Board of Martin County for “outstanding contributions, community leadership and dedication to Martin County”. Janice is the past chair of the Stuart-Martin Chamber of Commerce; past president of Catch the Wave of Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting human trafficking; and has held offices in many nonprofits such as Visionary School of Arts, Soroptimist International of Stuart, is a graduate of LEADERship Martin County and past chair of alumni board, Martin County REALTORS® Association Distinguished Service Award 2019 and Community Service Award in 2007. She is the founder of the Christian Business Coffee and a member of the Association of Christian Business Women. Janice also was named a Woman of Distinction for volunteerism from Soroptimist International of Stuart in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters in Community Health from Old Dominion University.
