A true Stuart native, Carolynn Strom brings both heart and expertise to every real estate transaction. Born and raised in Stuart—recently named one of the South’s Best Small Towns by Southern Living—Carolynn offers clients an insider’s understanding of the local market that only comes from deep community roots. Her family has been involved in the construction and real estate industry since 1977, giving her a lifelong foundation in how homes are built, valued, and successfully sold.

A professional Southern girl through and through, she pairs gracious service with sharp negotiation skills, ensuring her clients feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish. Carolynn holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and previously worked as a Registered Nurse—experience that deeply influences her real estate approach. Combined with her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation, this background allows her to prioritize her clients’ best interests with empathy, patience, and precision, especially during major life transitions.
An active community leader, Carolynn proudly serves as the Leader of 100 Women Who Care of the Treasure Coast and sits on the Gala Committee for the Hibiscus Children’s Center. When she’s not guiding buyers and sellers, she enjoys staging homes, curating décor from Stuart’s charming local shops, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Army Black Knights—honoring her family’s deep ties to West Point (son, Class of 2027; husband, Class of 1997; father-in-law, Class of 1970). Despite the friendly Georgia–Florida rivalry, Carolynn also enthusiastically supports the Florida Gators, as her daughter proudly attends the University of Florida.
